BSM STRATEGY SOFTWARE

Vimeo OTT Redeemer

Redeem and manage promotional Vimeo OTT access from WordPress with configurable offers, customer lookup, entitlement tracking, diagnostics, and audit logging.

WHAT IT DOES

Built around the workflow, not the workaround.

Vimeo OTT Redeemer is a WordPress integration for provisioning and managing customer access to Vimeo OTT products through configurable promotional offers.

The plugin is designed for organizations that want to provide controlled streaming access from an existing WordPress website without requiring staff to manually create or manage each Vimeo OTT customer.

Key features include configurable redemption offers, support for logged-in WordPress users and guests, automatic customer lookup, Vimeo OTT customer provisioning, configurable password handling, offer availability windows, customer and entitlement tracking, duplicate-redemption protection, detailed audit history, administrator diagnostics, customizable frontend messaging, and AJAX-based redemption without page reloads.

The plugin maintains a local entitlement record for each redemption, allowing WordPress to track the intended access period independently of Vimeo OTT. Future entitlement-management modes can support plugin-managed expiration and revocation, non-expiring access, and compatibility with legacy Vimeo expiration behavior.

Administrator tools include customer lookup by email or Vimeo customer ID, local request and entitlement history, API diagnostics, redacted debug logging, connection testing, database repair utilities, and manual operational controls.

The plugin is developed by BSM Strategy and is intended to remain extensible for additional access-management and subscription workflows.

CAPABILITIES
